Nina Sukhovetskaya makes New York cityscape paintings in the European realist tradition. Born into a family of Russian painters, she trained at the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum and took her Master's at the Surikov Institute, and in 2015 received the Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts for her work on the city.
Her paintings are held in private collections in the United States, Europe, Russia, China and the Middle East, and in the State Museum of Gamzigrad, Serbia. She lives and works in New York City.
Original works are available directly from the studio, along with a small number of commissions each year and signed limited edition prints. Enquiries are welcome.
